Lean Activities

  • Forrest Machine Inc. is dedicating itself to reducing lead times and becoming more efficient in all aspects of manufacturing. During the past few months we have undergone lean management training and have also conducted Set-up Reduction events. Furthermore, we have begun the implementation of 5S activities beginning with the organization of new work benches at every machine. Through these events and re-organization Forrest Machine Inc.'s goal is to meet our customer's product, service and delivery requirements at a competitive price.
